    Days after recording its third-worst cold spell in 23 years, the minimum temperature in Delhi settled at 9.3 degrees Celsius on Thursday, two notches above the season’s average. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 19 degrees Celsius, according to the IMD.According to the NGO Centre for Holistic Development (CHD), 106 people died in Delhi as a result of the cold in January.
