He later joined PSG, where he only really came to life in the second season, combining his glorious World Cup run with some brilliant club performances, scoring 15 goals and 14 assists in 24 appearances this season.
PSG’s stars, including Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, appear to have lost their way since the turn of the year, as they are currently on a three-match losing streak, including a 0-1 loss at home to Bayern Munich in the first-leg knockout tie in the Champions League.
Contract talks have stalled since the World Cup, with PSG reportedly offering both a one-year straight extension and a one-plus-one year deal.

Links to a return to Barcelona have invariably surfaced, but nothing concrete has been reported as of yet.
