Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa advanced from Group One, while England, India, and the West Indies advanced from Group Two. Only Sri Lanka and Ireland failed to qualify for the recently concluded T20 World Cup.
Sri Lanka is currently ranked eighth, while Ireland is ranked tenth.
According to an ICC release, the remaining two available spots will be determined by a global qualifier in early 2024.
