The new standard that calls for doing board exams twice a year and for students to choose the score that gets them into their preferred college carries a lot of significance in this situation. In fact, the policy’s ultimate goal is to provide students the ability to request tests.
This is admirable since it will allow students to take the test whenever they are ready, and their scores will represent their genuine skills rather than merely a recitation of the information they have learned in class.

Equally noteworthy is the goal of erasing the strict distinctions between the arts and sciences, academic and extracurricular pursuits, and vocational and academic streams by letting the students select any combination of courses they are passionate about studying. However, it is now required to learn two languages, one of which must be an Indian language.
The implementation of the new framework, which will be in effect starting with the 2024u201325 academic year, is still to be seen. It involves a lot of extra effort for the teachers and other staff members since new textbooks must be created and a thorough test item bank must be created so that test papers can be created using the right software.
