Vivek Agnihotri has lately claimed that there was no nepotism in the Hindi film industry before 2000. The director Vivek Agnihotri stated that before 2000, the Bollywood industry was a different environment because the majority of celebrities, including Madhuri Dixit, Amitabh Bachchan, and Sridevi, were newcomers to the industry.According to Vivek Agnihotri, favoritism didn’t exist in Indian cinema prior to 2000.He claimed that many famous people, like Sridevi, Mahesh Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Jitendra, were unknown before they became well-known.
However, when their offspring Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Shruti Haasan, Alia Bhatt, Alaya F, and many more started appearing in movies, Bollywood changed into a really narrow form of a mob.
