Paris is allegedly making her fourth trip to India, having previously visited the nation in 2011.According to ANI, Hilton arrived in India to promote a new business endeavour of hers. The entrepreneur carried a small fan on her and took photographs with several fans who flocked around her before throwing a few stances for the paparazzi gathering outside the airport.Many fans observed Paris holding the portable fan.One posted a comment, u201cLittle fan in hand.
