Kohli was the leading run-scorer in 2014, when his 319 runs helped India reach the final, where they were defeated by Sri Lanka. In the 2016 edition of the tournament, Kohli finished second after India was eliminated in the semi-final stage.
    In the ongoing T20 World Cup in Australia, the right-hander has been in excellent form. After hitting 82* against Pakistan, he also hit 62 against the Netherlands. Kohli only managed 12 runs against South Africa.
