    Hours after Fulani tweeted about her visit to the Palace on Tuesday, Lady Susan Hussey, one of Prince William’s godmothers, reportedly resigned from her position. Fulani claimed that a member of the palace family known only as Lady SH persistently questioned her about her truly origins. Fulani claimed in her tweet that after revealing she was from East London, she was then questioned and asked, What nationality are you? Where do you really come from? We have reached out to Ngozi Fulani on this matter, and are inviting her to discuss all elements of her experience in person if she wishes. A statement from Prince William’s team in response to the news of his godmother’s racism controversy was also released. A spokeswoman for the Prince of Wales stated,I was really disappointed to hear about the guest’s experience at Buckingham Palace last night.
