Many nations, including the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and the UK, have vehemently denounced the Taliban’s most recent move in their ruthless crackdown on the freedom of Afghan women and children.
The HRW tweeted, The Taliban is blatantly demonstrating every day that they do not respect the fundamental rights of Afghans, particularly women. The Taliban’s blatantly misogynist proclamation, which has essentially outlawed women’s education in India, was denounced by the Indian Muslims for Secular Democracy as well. Girls haven’t had access to schools since the Taliban seized power in 2021. Even though they stated they would start opening girls’ schools on March 23, they then changed their minds. The restriction appears to be permanent based on what they have done with schools, according to IMSD, which released a statement.
Source: Reuters The statement read: We applaud the fact that the governments of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey have denounced the Taliban’s backward step and ask to the international community to promptly intervene and demand that this egregiously unlawful decision be turned back immediately. The denial of education to girls, according to child rights advocate and Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi, is wholly intolerable. What do you feel about this?
