The woman stated in the FIR filed on Wednesday that she was compelled to meet the accused, Shankar Mishra, and bargain with him after she reported that a male co-passenger had urinated on her on an Air India flight on November 26 against her objections.
The woman was stunned when the perpetrator was brought before her and began crying and profusely apologising, as she had even told the Air India crew that she did not want to see his face.According to the FIR filed by the Delhi Police against the accused, Mishra also urged her not to file a complaint, stating that he was a family man and did not want his wife and child to be impacted by the occurrence. The FIR states that on November 26, immediately after lunch was served and the lights were turned out on board AI 102, a male passenger in Business Class seat 8A who was intoxicated walked up to the old woman’s seat, undid his pants, and urinated on her. When the person seated next to the woman instructed him to leave, the accused finally staggered back to his seat. rnrnrnrnrnrnrnI stood up right away to tell the hostess what had happened. My footwear, backpack, and clothing were all covered in faeces. My passport, travel paperwork, and money were all within the bag. The flight crew allegedly refused to touch them, disinfectant-sprayed my luggage and shoes, led me to the restroom, and gave me a pair of airline pyjamas and socks.Share your thoughts on this incident in the comment box
