In an internal email, Mr. Wilson stated, Even if we honestly believe that the situation has been resolved amongst the persons involved, we must report it to authorities at the earliest opportunity if an occurrence on our aircraft includes improper behaviour of such scale.
He continued, We must also be clear about the standard of behaviour that is anticipated on our aircraft and take robust, decisive, and prompt action against individuals who do not comply.
