This decision comes after the high court of Kolkata on 16th January gave its verdict in the oldest pending case of 72 years! The judge who gave the verdict was ironically born 10 years later after the filing of the case! There is zero wonder about the record-breaking pending decisions in the courts of our country out of which many will be worthless because the one seeking justice is no more.Comment down your views about this flaw of the Indian judicial system.
