Let’s look at what brain drain is all about for a better understanding. The movement of highly skilled and educated people to a country where they can work in better conditions and earn more money is known as brain drain.The majority of brain drain to the United States occurs in India.
Indians are America’s second-largest ethnic group, accounting for approximately 34% of the population.Many laws and rules are enacted by Americans to meet the needs of the Indians who live there; roughly half of those rules are enacted solely by Indians to make this place more pleasant for them to live in. This year, Americans passed the South Asian Heart Health Awareness and Research Act to assist Indians with heart disease.In addition, Indian history is heavily emphasised in American school curricula. They value and respect Indians equally.The Biden administration prioritised Indian culture by establishing the National Museum of Asian and Pacific American History. Our two democracies will continue to work together to defend the rule-based order in the coming year. Foster greater peace, prosperity, and security for our people; advance a free and open Indo-Pacific; and collaborate to solve global problems.The vibrant Indian American community in the United States has helped to make us a more innovative and powerful nation.It is obviously India’s loss, but Indians are now dominant in every part of the world.Comment down your thoughts.
