Anshul controlled the action in both rounds, trading the majority of the punches. The first round began with the Indonesian attempting to agitate Anshul by making a funny face at the Indian.
Anshul immediately reacted to the gesture by launching a vicious attack on Saragih before knocking him out. He grappled and held the Indonesian in position while punching his opponent. Saragih attempted to break free from the hold by attacking Anshul with his elbows, but it was ineffective. With just over 40 seconds left in the first round, the Indonesian managed to break free from the grapple. Anshul had the upper hand at the end of the round.
Saragih began the second round, which also happened to be the final round of the fight, on an offensive note. He kicked Anshul on the body before Anshul regained control of his opponent. Anshul grappled his opponent from behind this time, landing a few knee strikes on him.

He then used a similar strategy to take him down and launch a series of punches, forcing the referee to stop the fight in 3:44 seconds. The outcome also preserved Anshul’s winning streak.
I’ve won this fight, which is why I’m here. Why should Indian fighters win the UFC? I’m going to keep evolving, I want to keep grinding, and my plan is to be the best in the world, and I’ll do whatever it takes, Anshul said after the fight.
