The recovery notice immediately triggered a political row between the AAP and the BJP. On the other hand, North East Delhi BJP MP Manoj Tiwari accused the AAP of having looted Delhi of the funds meant for citizensu2019 welfare. u201cThis is a scam. The party has abused government funds to shine its own face,u201d Tiwari alleged.Both the sides are equally heavy, infact, the only light side is of the public who pays the money.
