On Wednesday, renowned Film director James Cameron released the official trailer for the highly anticipated sci-fi action flick Avatar: The Way of Water. James Cameron posted the trailer to Instagram with the remark, This December, Pandora awaits. #AvatarTheWayOfWater.The nearly two-and-a-half-minute teaser depicts the breathtaking beauty of Pandora, an Earth-like livable extrasolar moon of the gas giant Polyphemus from the Alpha Centauri zone, which was previously shown in the first film.Watch it here:
Pandora looks lovely in the film, and it will be great to experience more of the planet as Cameron brings viewers underwater.Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Joel David Moore, Sigourney Weaver, CCH Pounder ,Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, , Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, and Kate Winslet star in Avatar: The Way of Water. On December 16, 2022, 20th Century Studios will release the film in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.At the D23 Expo in September, James Cameron previewed many images from Avatar: The Way of Water, the second film of his epic sci-fi blockbuster.The 3D images were exhibited to attendees on two massive displays in the huge Anaheim Convention Center auditorium where the studio’s presentation with Disney sisters Marvel and Lucasfilm were place, according to Deadline.The script is by Cameron and Josh Friedman, and it is a sequel to the Academy Award-winning epic adventure ‘Avatar,’ which was premiered in theatres 13 years ago.
