Danny DeVito recently revealed his fondness for Indian film while working on an animated production for which he provided his voice in the Little Demon series. The actor-director couldn’t stop raving about Bollywood and the way they produce movies. He even mentioned viewing Indian films like RRR and expressing a desire to work in Bollywood. Along with him, his daughter Lucy DeVito and co-star Aubrey Plaza agreed to try their hand at Indian cinema.
I adore Bollywood big time, Danny DeVito stated to IndiaToday.in on seeing RRR and his enthusiasm for Bollywood films. In fact, a few days ago, I saw RRR and another one called R… Rajkumar, which were both excellent. We should surely explode into a huge number if I had my way next season or whenever I could get everyone into it. In fact, Lucy, Aubrey said, after agreeing to him, We need to do Bollywood together.
Danny DeVito also stated the reason for his fondness for Bollywood. What I like about Bollywood is that it maintains the plot. If it’s a love story, the two romantic protagonists will be shown squabbling. It’s about the struggles amongst everyone, same as in RRR, but they keep the tale going even while they’re singing. And I adore that feature. I think it’s fantastic, he said.
For those who have been living under a rock, RRR is directed by SS Rajamouli and stars Ram Charan, Junior NTR, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn in key parts. The film is a historical drama set before independence that was distributed in many languages. The film drew a big response from viewers in the South as well as throughout the country and around the world.
