We have seen across the world extreme leftist and extreme rightists can become dangerous for a democracy, Hanumanthaiah from congress party said.Piyush Goyal said Let this subject be debated in the House, since it is a legitimate right of a house member. The bill is now cleared with 63 votes in favour of the bill and 23 against it. Second bill is NJCB, we all know about the centre tussle with the supreme Court on the matter of collegium system. Recently in a judgement also supreme Court reacted to the vice president statement by saying collegium system is good and it should be considered as contempt to court as comments are made again and again on collegium system and attempts are been made to stop it. But this bill is not introduced by BJP it is introduced by member of CPI (M)Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya. The bill seek to regulate appointment of judges also foxes accountability of judges. The bill was introduced after voice majority and was oppose by Raghav Chadha (a member of AAP). Now all eyes are on the supreme Court how will it react to this bill? What do you think, about the above two bills? please tell us about your opinion in comments.
