Dhoni has always been seen as a man of many talents, and he proved it recently when he scored a win on the tennis court. A JSCA tennis tournament participant, Dhoni started his campaign by winning the men’s doubles category.
Dhoni teamed up with Sumeet Kumar Bajaj to win the first round on Tuesday (8 November). He will act in the second round as he looks to add another trophy to his cabinet.
When fans saw Dhoni mastering his game even on the tennis court, they were thrilled and called him his G.O.A.T.
It’s not Dhoni’s first time trying tennis. He participated in the same tournament in 2019 and won the doubles. Back in cricket, fans will see the star return to the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket pitch in 2023.
Dhoni is looking to add another of his IPL titles to his trophy cabinet as he heads up the Chennai Super Kings.
There was some doubt as to whether Dhoni would continue his IPL, but the last edition, which was one of the worst seasons for CSK, revealed he would be back to lead the team again.
