According to what we’re hearing, the newest sequel of the hit Krrish franchise may finally be in the works, but along with the good news, there may be some bad news as well. Why so? That’s because Rakesh Roshan may not return to direct Krrish 4.
Here’s why Rakesh Roshan might not direct Krrish 4:A well-placed industry source has exclusively informed BollywoodLife that Hrithik Roshan is most likely looking for a new director for Krrish 4. According to the source, the main reason for this is Hrithik’s firm belief that with filmmaking and audience tastes having changed so dramatically in the last 5-6 years, especially with the sea change witnessed post-lockdown, the Krrish franchise requires a modern vision, capable of being ushered in by a more contemporary filmmaker. He apparently believes that his father Rakesh Roshan’s vision will not work this time because Krrish 3 was released in 2013.
