Reliance Industries is never late to the game when it comes to development. They are all set to start the first multi-model logistical park in Chennai, which will facilitate all the primary requirements of any industry.Reliance Industries has agreed to return to the contract for the construction of the country’s first multi-model logistics park in Chennai.India’s multimodal logistics park, spreading over 184.28 acres, will be developed by Reliance Industries in Chennai. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the project in May.In 45 years, 7.17 million Matrix 10 cargo units were produced. The government proposed constructing the 35 MMLP in strategic locations to allow for seamless freight movement across multiple models.The MMLP at Chennai will have more than three faces, with an estimated developer investment of Rs. 783 crores in phase 1 development targeted within two years by 2025, leading to commercial operations.The total estimated project costs are Rs. 1424 crore, with a 45-year concession period.Work is done under the supervision of PM Gati Shakti’s National Master Plan.According to reports, Reliance Industries has secured the highest minimum share for the multimodal logistics land near Chennai.
