Source : New York Post As per three law enforcement officials with direct knowledge of the investigation, authorities were looking into whether the suspect reached for one of the officers’ service weapons during their takedown late Sunday. The injured officers were discharged from the hospital and were expected to recover.Authorities identified the suspect at the news conference only as a 19-year-old teen. Four senior law enforcement officials said the man is Trevor Bickford from Wells, Maine.Federal and local law enforcement investigators are searching through the suspect’s online postings, which indicate recent extremist Islamic radicalization, the sources added. Bickford has no prior arrests but his mother and aunt notified law enforcement in recent weeks about their concerns that he was gravitating toward dangerous Islamist ideologies. Both federal and local law enforcement stressed at Sunday morning’s news conference the attack appeared to be an isolated incident and there was no longer a threat.Do you guys think this was a terrorist attack with some big gun behind it or was it an individual incident?
