The journalist was traveling in the Netaji Express, train number 12312 from Ghaziabad to Howrah. The incident took place shortly after Prayagraj station.Saha bought a cup of tea from a tea vendor which was u20b910. He gave u20b920 to the vendor but due to lack of change, the vendor asked if he could return the change later and never came back. The journalist took his Twitter handle to narrate the whole incident. He was not worried about getting his u20b910 back but rather questioned that how many more people has the tea vendor conned and how many u20b910 notes are going into his pocket.

An IRCTC official came to his seat and brought the tea vendor with him for identification. The vendor accepted his fault and was asked to get down from the train.
