During a BJP membership drive, she claimed that the state’s financial crisis is exacerbated by corruption and mismanagement under Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu’s leadership. Ranaut stated that funds intended for disaster relief are allegedly funneled into what she called the “Sonia Relief Fund,” contributing to the state’s financial instability.
