Rutuja Bhosale, who has dropped nine places to 411, Riya Bhatia, who has dropped five places to 490, and Sahaja Yamalapalli, who has risen 20 places to 508, are India’s top five women’s singles players.
    Karman achieved a career-high 196 ranking in 2018. Karman’s victory in Saguenay was his third singles title, and his second this year. She had won a W25 tournament in Gurugram in June. In 2018, Karman won her first singles title in Hong Kong.
