The first-look teaser for the film Adipurush has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons since its release. Saif Ali Khan, Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh feature in the much-panned film. Due to the portrayal of the characters in the film, virtually everyone disliked the teaser. For those who are unaware, Prabhas plays Raghava, Kriti as Janaki, and Saif as Lankesh, based on Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, and Ravana, respectively. Many assumed that Adipurush’s creators would replace the VFX after suffering backlash on social media, but it appears that they haven’t. The makers of Adipurush are reportedly unwilling to change the VFX despite receiving endless trolling, according to the most recent media sources.
A source told India Today: The makers have no plans to modify the VFX. Although they have incorporated user comments into the teaser, nothing will change. They intend to maintain the same graphics because the response to the 3D teaser has been favorable. Om Raut, the director of Adipurush, on the other hand, recently said he wanted to speak to the current generation, which is a major fan of MCU and DC movies like Spider-Man, Iron Man, and others.
Om Raut reportedly stated, What does today’s generation want? The generation that devours Marvel, devours Spider-Man, Iron Man, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, and other Marvel properties. I hope to reach the younger generation with the aid of Adipurush. The main goal of this movie is to introduce the Ramayana to the younger generation in a way that they can comprehend and enjoy. Because if we don’t communicate with them in their language, they won’t read the content, which isn’t what we’re trying to do.No foreign studio contributed to the production of this movie. Adipurush was made possible by the collaboration of all Indian studios, large and small, he continued. Now that we’re back, what do you think about the fact that the creators of Adipurush didn’t bother to listen to the criticisms of the film’s initial trailer on social media? Do inform us.
