Following a post-pandemic era in which the government, people, and businesses are learning to live with COVID 19, the question of how to recover from nearly 3 years of descriptions and impairment in almost every industry arises.
    The 20 women on the 2022 Asian Power Business Women list have come up with varying strategies that help their businesses soar despite the uncertainty of the new normal. Some work in industries that have been hit hard, like shipping, real estate, and construction. Others, like technical pharmaceuticals and commodities, are still looking for new clients.This year’s list focuses on new businesses that are expanding their networks in the areas where they were chosen for their achievements in their current role of running a business with appropriate and sizeable revenue and showing strong leadership throughout their careers.The three of them are :1) Gazal is the CEO of Mamaearth Company.2) Namita Thapar3) Soma MundalForbes Asia’s list of Asia Power Business Women includes Ghazal Alag, co-founder of Hona Sa Consumer, and Namita Thapar, executive director of India Business. The list has 20 of the most successful businesswomen in the Asia-Pacific region.The list recognises women who have worked hard to adapt their businesses to the new normal during the epidemic. It also includes newcomers who have shown they have what it takes to become leaders.Soma Mandal, the first woman to lead the state-owned Steel Authority of India Limited, has also made the list since taking over in 2021, when the company’s annual revenue increased by 50% and profit increased by tenfold to Rs 120 billion.Namitha Thapar, executive director, business India business, and Emcure Farma are the other two Indians on the list.
