While Leader of the Opposition Pierre Poilievre has requested that the fraudsters be brought to justice and that honest students be let to stay, work, and contribute to Canada, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has underlined the need for equitable treatment of the offended students.

For the majority of Indian parents, sending their kids overseas to study is a herculean effort. Some of them even had to substantially borrow from their life savings and mortgage their real estate.
