Today’s measured temperature is -0.8 degrees Celsius, which is not far from average zero. According to Mukhtar Ahmad, who was reporting on the minimum temperatures outside of Srinagar, Pahalgam recorded -4.8 degrees celsius, and in Gulmarg it was -4 degrees celsius.Ahmad added that in the Jammu region, the minimum temperature has dropped to between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius, and that all meteorological stations in the valley’s valley have recorded minimum temperatures that are below freezing.According to Mukhtar Ahmad, Ladakh’s temperature has been below freezing for the past ten days, with the reported minimum temperature falling as low as -13 to -15 degrees Celsius. The temperature has dropped to a minimum of -19 degrees Celsius in the Zanskar region.
