A zone that is currently safe but could become threatened in the future is known as a buffer zone. The third zone is the absolute safe zone. The danger and buffer zone are being surveyed.
    The government is gathering information on how many affected families there are overall, including how many are residential and how many are commercial. Along with this, they are also collecting information on the families’ occupations. On the basis of this, a decision regarding where to relocate them can be made. The administration has already started looking for potential locations. The buildings which are most damaged will be demolished under the monitoring of NIM and PWD. The administration is making preparations for it.
