Group 1 is made up of hosts South Africa, defending champions Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, with South Africa and Sri Lanka clashing in the opening match on February 10 in Cape Town.
The group stage matches will be played until February 21, with the two semi-finals taking place on February 23 and 25, followed by a reserve day. The final will be held on February 27 in Cape Town.
The 10-team tournament in South Africa will be the competition’s eighth edition. Australia has the most titles, with five, while England and the West Indies each have one.
