The case is being looked into by the police.
    The police claim that last night, thieves in an unidentified vehicle took products worth Rs 37 lakh from the store of the construction company working on the Jal Jeevan Mission project.

    Amit Kumar Srivastava, the project’s administrative manager, said that the police had begun their investigation by filing a case against four unidentified individuals.
    The top police officials gathered the evidence while assessing the scene of the incident. Inspector General (IG) Kanpur, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), and other high officials arrived at the scene as soon as they learned about the event.

    Some brass articles had come under the Jal Jeevan Mission Project, SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma stated. Of those, about 58 boxes are missing. The incident was carried out by certain criminals. The incident will be made public soon, and the offenders will face the harshest punishment.
