Vikram Gokhale, a veteran actor who was recently admitted to Pune’s Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, has passed away. As per reports, the actor had been in the hospital for the past 15 days and his condition was critical. The actor was 77 at the time of his death. 
     VIKRAM GOKHALE DEATHAccording to latest reports , the veteran actor who was well-known for his sting in movies and theatre passed away at Pune’s Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital. The Free Press Journal had earlier stated that the actor’s condition had gotten worse and that he had stopped responding to medication. The actor’s family, however, has not released a formal statement regarding the actor’s deteriorating health.

    He is well-known for his performances in Hindi movies, television shows, and Marathi theatre. He is the son of the legendary Marathi actor Chandrakant Gokhale. In 2010’s Marathi film Aaghaat, he made his directorial debut. After appearing in more than 90 plays and films, he withdrew from theatrical activity in 2016 due to a throat ailment.The renowned actor and his nephew Yashwant Gaikwad gave two acres of property to the Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Film Corporation back in August of this year with the goal of providing artists with a proper location to live in retirement. According to sources, this area would be used to build an elderly home and an outdoor stage for performances by artists in Nane village, Mulshi taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra.
    VIKRAM GOKHALE’S FAMOUS ROLESIn Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 1999 film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Vikram Gokhale is well known for playing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father. In addition, he has appeared in several popular Bollywood films, including Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Dil Se, De Dana Dan, Hichki, Nikamma, and Mission Mangal.
