India players hit the nets at the Adelaide Oval on the eve of their match against Bangladesh. Virat Kohli, India’s player in form, was also among them, having hit two back-to-back fifties in three matches.
The practice arena at the Adelaide Oval, like most other venues in Australia, allows journalists and fans to get a closer look at how players are preparing for matches. On Tuesday, while the Indian team was at the nets, a large crowd gathered to watch the players, which included journalists and fans.
When Kohli was batting, sports journalist Vimal Kumar was closely following and filming his practice session. Kohli had noticed it and turned back to say, aap aao batting karne k liye, leaving the journalist speechless. He initially misunderstood what Kohli said and was made aware of this by his colleagues.

On Tuesday, Kohli was seen guiding and mentoring under-fire KL Rahul, advising him on his footwork and stance.
After three disappointing starts in the tournament, India will be hoping for a better performance from the top order on Wednesday.
