If we talk about its design, its design looks quite spectacular. The Volkswagen ID4 EV SUV is about 4.5 meters long and will come with a crossover shape. It also has a blanked-off grille. The ID4 also gets full-length lighting at the rear. Which makes its look even better then other electric SUVs.

It is expected that its range is going to be 400 to 500 kilometers. If we look at the electric car performance, it can come with a powertrain with maximum power of 299bhp and peak torque of 499nm. ID.4 EV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6 seconds. Its top speed is electronically limited to 180 kmph.
There will be competition with these cars in India
Volkswagen ID4 SUV is going to compete with cars like Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6 plus Volvo XC40 Recharge. Hopefully, it will be at the end of the year when the ID4 will come to India. It also revealed new variants of the Taigun and Virtus, with the German carmaker expected to continue launching more premium products going forward.

Talking about the price, it will be around Rs 40-50 lakh, and you will get to see all kinds of features in it. Volkswagen being their first electric offering, the ID4 will be positioned above the Tiguan as their most premium product.
