The notorious heroin dealer Solomon Caesar (Bobby Simha) is first seen in the movie fleeing the grasp of RAW agents in an Andhra Pradesh village. Solomon flees to Malaysia after wrecking havoc on the RAW agents and local police officers. Playing a police officer, Rajendra Prasad is driven to apprehend Solomon and bring him back to India to answer for his crimes.
