One of the venues was originally planned to be Braamfischerville, but the matches were moved to Steyn City School due to wet outfields brought on by the province’s persistent bad weather over the past few weeks.
India will play Australia in a warmup match for the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup on January 9 at Steyn City School. At St. Stithians College, Scotland will face the United States of America on the same day.
On January 9, India’s archrival Pakistan will play at Tuks Oval, and Indonesia will play Zimbabwe at Hammanskraal Oval.
The United Arab Emirates will play Sri Lanka at St. Stithians College in the afternoon on January 9; the hosts, South Africa, will play Bangladesh at Steyn City School; New Zealand will play Rwanda at the Tuks Oval; and the West Indies will play England at the Hammanskraal Oval in the afternoon.
On January 11, India will play Bangladesh in its second warm-up match at St. Stithians College in preparation for the day’s first game. At Steyn City School, the United States of America will play the United Arab Emirates in the second game.
In the third match of the day, England will take on Indonesia at Tuks Oval. The fourth warm-up match of the day will take place at the Hammanskraal Oval between Ireland and Rwanda.
At the St. Stithians College, South Africa will host Australia in the fifth match of the day. In the sixth match, Scotland will compete against Sri Lanka at Steyn City School.
